experienced Operations Officer to oversee and optimize our operational processes.
Job Summary:
We’re looking for an efficient and strategic Operations Officer to manage day-to-day operations,
ensure seamless workflow, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
- Supervise operational teams and provide guidance
- Analyze processes, identify improvements, and optimize efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Coordinate logistics, supply chain management, and inventory control
- Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress
- Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of operations experience in construction or related industry
- Proven track record of process improvement and efficiency
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and construction management software
